Railway Vehicle Industry (including subways and light rail

Plastic Products Manufacturing Industry
Plastic products are basically divided into two categories: blow
molding and injection molding. At present, no manual toggle clamp
has been found in blow molding, while a large number of manual
toggle clamps have been used for injection molding products. Even
single-machine and single-model "injection molding machines" have
begun to replace the old screw rod with 7-head manual toggle clamps
or corner cylinders for fixing molds.

(1) For the single-machine single-model injection molding machine,
manual toggle clamp 7-heads and corner cylinders are widely used to
replace the old screw rod nut fixing molds.
(2) In the loop injection molding production line, the manual
toggle clamp is widely used as open/close locking mechanism for the
upper and lower molds on the molds of the production line.
(3) In the production line of injection molding, the manual toggle
clamp is widely used as a locking mechanism in its mold.

3. For the production of the insulating layer for refrigerated
containers, manual toggle clamps are used as fixtures on "foaming
molds."

Note: One method of production is to make the inner and outer boxes
well and then fill the insulation materials. This method does not
require clamps (currently rare).
Aircraft Manufacturing Industry
